A priority for ESPNIC Nursing is to promote quality neonatal and paediatric critical care nursing throughout Europe.

In order to enhance the exchange of knowledge and expertise between ESPNIC Nursing members in Europe ESPNIC Nursing is pleased to offer Educational Grants to its members.

This programme is to encourage European nursing colleagues to participate in the ESPNIC Medical & Nursing Annual Congresses.

Five grants of 400 € each will be awarded to an ESPNIC Nursing member to facilitate the participation in these educational activities.

Conditions for application:

• The applicant must be a ESPNIC nursing member
• Official confirmation that financial support by the employer or a third party is not available.
• The original documents (invoices), a copy of the congress confirmation form together with a detailed listing of all costs are needed for the transfer of the grant.
• The grant is open to an individual application only once in a three years term.
• Applications from current members of the ESPNIC Nursing SC or EC will not be considered.
• Deadline for application for the 21^st ESPNIC Medical & Nursing Annual Congress (EAPS October 2 – 5, 2010 Copenhagen, Denmark) is August 1^st, 2010.
